Another sorbet you ask? Why yes I say. I can’t get enough of them! Who doesn’t like fresh, easy, light low calorie dessert?
1 package of frozen pineapple chunks (can you believe they were cheaper then an actual pineapple…the shame!)
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon dark rum
3 tablespoons lime juice
pinch of salt
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s directions.
