S is my parents neighbor.  She has always been one to chat with me about cooking and baking.  Anytime she had a recipe that she thought I would enjoy she would share it.  Now that I have moved into my own place I see her less often.  I do stop by every once and a while to say hi.  She always saves her magazines for me to look over and recycle.  She knows how often I am at the recycle center and I am happy to bring her things.  Since she has gotten older she is not able to visit the recycling center as much as she used to.  This week when I stopped by she had a present for me.  She gave me these amazing silicone baking cups, a muffin tin, some blueberry jam and a package of old fashion Dancing Deer muffin mix.  So this weekend I was pretty whipped and decided to make the packaged muffin mix.  I have to say that usually I am not a fan of packaged mixes, but this one was very good.  The muffin came out moist and delish.  After topping it off with the blueberry jam it was even better!  I think she is going to be my next special delivery.  I just have to figure out what to make her.
