Now as I wrote before, Friday was my first “give away” and I am happy to say that it was a huge success. I had made cupcakes for a dinner get together on Friay and needed to bring something for dessert. I decided on Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cinnamon Vanilla Buttercream Icing. The dinner get together was only for four and recipe made approximately 25 cupcakes. I took six to the dinner, sent 8 to my aunts, 8 to my parents and then K and I ate the rest (cupcakes testers of course). I was happy to see that everyone was surprised when I stopped by to drop them off. I loved seeing the smiles that I got and then later on the texts/calls telling me how much they loved the cupcakes. I was happy to know that I gave a little happiness to others. I can’t wait to make another delivery. Now I just have to figure out who will get it and what I will be making.
